Hi, I’m radmila.

I am an Assistive Technology practitioner serving a K-8 public school district in California, and a graduate of the CSUN Assistive Technology and Human Services master’s program.

My work centers on accessibility, inclusion, and empowering individuals through thoughtful, person-centered solutions that respect both human complexity and real-world systems. I blend hands-on practice with continuous learning, guided by a deep commitment to equity, systems thinking, and meaningful, not performative, innovation.

I am especially interested in the evolving role of AI in education and human services, with a focus on how emerging technologies can better support learners with complex communication, cognitive, and sensory needs. I advocate for ethical, inclusive AI design that centers the experiences and expertise of people with disabilities from the start, rather than treating accessibility as an afterthought.

Beyond my professional work, I find grounding in time spent with my family, clarity in solitude, and connection through friends and nature. These relationships shape how I think, listen, process, and design, reminding me that accessibility is not only about tools or compliance, but about creating conditions where people are understood, supported, able to participate fully, and where we all belong.
